I really liked how easy it was to cut and glue the non-slip strips and I was able to cut them to the right length. My parents really liked them and I feel better than there. Their elderly parents and those with poor balance can easily slip and fall. It is just as easy to prevent such falls.

We put clear tape on TREX composite stairs, not knowing if the "wood grain" would interfere with adhesion. To an extent this has happened as can be seen in the photos where it is lighter but the edges do not lift and stay in place. The tape is definitely visible but it beats the black tape on the steps. This product worked great! It was very easy to cut and install on the tile. I decided to make circles so the edges couldn't rise. My 91-year-old mother said standing in the shower made her feel safe. I used the strips on her shower bench which was tiled in the shower. The stripes are transparent and not visible. I used rubbing alcohol to ensure the tiles were very dry and clean. These protectors are easy to put on and adjust to my shoes. Be careful when lifting the floors as this will not remove the paint. I haven't had this problem. I heat them up once the handle is on and squeeze with my finger. Be careful if you heat too hot or it will bubble and fizz. I use toenail clippers because they are thick. I applied some Lowes tape which failed miserably. I even reattached them with special glue, but they never stuck to the floor. So I decided to try them out. Be sure to follow the directions on the packaging, clean your shower floor thoroughly and use rubbing alcohol to ensure the surface is completely clean.
