misleading description

The photos on the product page suggest that this tripod is capable of holding a phone without any accessories. That's not the case. I'm disappointed.

Looks like a good tripod

I just started using it and I really like it so far. Not sure if I need graduated markings for device pointing, but I assume it's for repeatability. The movement is precise and smooth. I'm a bit concerned that I don't have an obvious way to weigh a tripod as I've learned the hard way about high winds and broke my old tripod which is why I bought them.

Sturdy, lightweight and easy to transport

I had a long time without buying a tripod until I broke my gun tripod. This one has excellent stability, it also fits the monopod my wife used to stream videos, it's strong and light, I can take it anywhere, comes with its travel case which my wife loves. Note: This does not come with a phone holder - the one my wife uses.

Wow, what a great price!

I'm usually too lazy to write reviews but I was so pleased with this purchase that I decided to pass it on. I compared several different tripods to one that I really wanted (a Peak Design travel tripod) but couldn't afford. I needed something compact and lightweight for hiking and climbing. It's about the same weight as the Peak design and the same length! The width is slightly larger, but is it worth the extra $290 for a PD? This tripod folds by itself to put it together nice and compact and…

Versatile, compact and durable!

I bought this tripod because I needed a second one to have in my car when I travel and it's perfect for that purpose. It folds very compactly, comes with a carry bag and is quick to adjust. I prefer leg locks to twist locks because they are so much easier to set up. The ball head is much nicer than I expected and keeps the camera perfectly steady on long exposures, even with my T5 and 55-250mm lens. The tripod also has a detachable leg that becomes a monopod and while I don't see myself using…

Otherwise good tripod, clips on with ball head that moves when locked

I bought this tripod to replace an exceptionally old pan/tilt tripod I bought almost 20 years ago. I wanted something that could support the weight of my camera (Nikon D850) and lenses (not telephoto, only wide). It seemed to fit the bill and it was reasonably priced. The legs are sturdy and well made, fold easily and lock well. It is very compact to store and much lighter than my old tripod. But the ball head moves down a few degrees (and often at an angle) after you tighten the screws and…

Overall I'm impressed with it, I'd say keep it up.

For a long time I've been looking for a tripod for holidays with limited space. I have a $300 aluminum and steel tripod that I carry with me sometimes, but it can take up a lot of space, and every time I take it on a car trip, my wife gets annoyed at the inconvenience of packing and me awkward carry things. Thing. I found a few under $150 that were well packaged but one fell apart when I needed it most and the other just wasn't small enough and not big enough for me, I'm 6ft 2in tall. So I took

Well built tripod

I had two tripods, an inexpensive Quantaray QT II-550 tripod and a Fancier FT-717b video tripod. their limitations. So I started looking for a new tripod and here are the reasons I chose the ZOMI M5 as my new tripod.1. Functionality: a. Tripod with ball head. b. The legs can be wide apart. c. The center column can be turned upside down. i.e. It can be transferred to a monopod. Size: The Zomi M5 is sized well for general use and also small enough to be carried with my Lowepro Slingshot camera…

Edit: When the seller saw that the item I purchased was faulty and broken, he contacted me immediately and sent me a new item for free. I tried it and it seems to work fine without the same problem as before. I hope it stays stable over time. I rate my rating at 5-4 stars for the product itself and 5 stars for excellent customer service. See my initial criticism below: Extremely disappointed with this tripod. It arrived and appeared sturdy and well equipped, if a little heavy. I wasn't sure…
