I JUST received the unit today...unpacked it and plugged it into the charging station that I have built into my living room table. Now NONE of my USB ports work. If you plug something into them (my phone, this lamp, etc.), they won't charge. I've been using them for over two years and less than 30 minutes after receiving this bulb and plugging it in...they stopped working.

Got this for my grandson and he loves it. He reads a lot and the light disturbs his brother who is trying to sleep, so the dimming function is crucial. This provides enough light for reading and is still discreet. Highly recommend as most book lights require batteries but luckily this one is rechargeable. I hope my review will help you.

This was an amazing reading light until it stopped. Ideal for a couple of weeks. I liked the size, weight, and 20 lighting settings, including an amber color that really helps lessen the attraction of flying insects when you're reading outside. After 2 charges it didn't start at all. I liked that I only had to charge it once a week for a couple of hours of overnight reading.

Works great and well done. After nine months he stopped working. So I bought another one because I really liked the light it gave off and used it all the time. Ordered, it was there the next day. Turned on, it worked. Then the same day I used it, it didn't work. I was so sad. I sent this lamp back and received a replacement the next day. Wow 👏 for such a speed. This has been running for a week now. Perhaps an error has crept in elsewhere. I like it very much, the charge lasts a long time.

I've always wanted a "book light" but never found the time to just get one. Well now I'm SO HAPPY I MADE IT! I can stay in the room with my little ones until bedtime and the light doesn't even remotely bother them. That's wonderful. I read while they fall asleep. A win-win situation. When I can't sleep and need to kill time, I can just grab a book and turn on the light and my wife won't get any the wiser.
