Add says for durable welders. The trigger plug will NOT fit the migweld 140, but the gas plug will. You need to look for a new trigger connector or buy a new gun. I hate when people say something will work for something when it doesn't actually work. There are so many other things I would rather be doing than playing around with a cap on a new gun. I can get it up to 200 amps in 5-8 minutes before it overheats my .035 aluminum wire. I have to use .045 tips or the wire will expand too much when heated and start rubbing the tip too much, resulting in inconsistent feed rates. If you have 800-1500, you can buy much better.
