The straps are not designed very well, mine is medium sized.

Straps are not very well designed my hands are medium sized but the bicep strap is huge it barely fits and the forearm strap is so small it doesn't fit. It is not made of steel as stated in the description, but of aluminum. Unfortunately I bought it outside of the US and the return shipping costs are huge so I'll stick with them.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

These are not branded motorcycle knee/elbow pads but will withstand quite a rough treatment. I've crashed into them a few times on mini bikes at around 10-15mph and even carried them down a dirt track on 125cc bikes and fell straight onto my left knee. The profile has some dents and scratches, but it still serves its purpose. For the price you can't ask for more!

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Finish
Cons
  • Damaged

They look good and probably offer a little more protection if .

They look nice and probably offer a bit more protection when gear is used. I wanted to like them and I wanted to keep them, but unfortunately they didn't stay on my feet. I have unusually large thighs and calves; what I call "T-Rex legs". Huge hips, skinny knees and huge calves. Maybe they would fit well if I had normal sized feet. Also, one of the pads had a serious manufacturing defect. One pad had enough velcro straps in the shin area, the other pad had a significantly shorter strap lengthโ€ฆ

Additional protection, but not full protection.

These are decent pads. But there is too much metal. It scratches and wears off very easily. Ultimately, that's okay because those scratches and dents aren't on my skin. The harness system is velcro only and elastic. They sometimes move out of place. The knee pads in particular move to the sides of my legs almost immediately when walking. I've never experienced that while riding. Flexion at the joints is stiff at first, but can be trained. The knee pads still don't fully cover the top of my knee

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Some nuance
