I don't know if they are. But in my opinion they are bad. Some of them are good and some are bad. It is defective and you should dispose of it yourself, not sell it.

Easy installation of Christmas lights does not require hammers or holes, which is very beautiful. Much better than expected. The plastic is thick and strong. It should last several years. I will buy again.

It's too small for work. Too small to close the edge of the gutter. If you pull too hard, the plastic will break. If your gutter edge is 1/8 inch or less, it may fit. The edge of a standard 5 inch Type K gutter is approximately 5/8 inch.

I ordered 120 Large and received a package saying 120 Large but it looks very small. When they are big I can't imagine how small they look! And these don't seem to have a 120, I'm really a bit disappointed.

My first complaint is that they don't have instructions for the sewer connection. I figured it out quickly, but it would be great if I could confirm my hypothesis with instructions. Also, I don't know how to sit them. As you can see from my photos they are not very sure of stock.

We tried these gutter hooks for our garland this year and they didn't work at all. It was difficult to attach them to the gutter and insert a garland in them. Then we tried them on the headlights all the way to the drain and they were just as tough. Ww broke more trying to use them than we actually left in the ditch. I would not recommend them for gutter decoration of any kind.
