I had to invent something because the space to attach the holders was not wide enough. Bought them 2 years ago and they still work perfectly. I don't often write reviews but of course I always pay attention to other reviews. I'm a hobby woodworker and have seriously considered making this item myself, but the reasonable price made me just buy it. I'm glad I did. I have to say that the magnets are incredibly strong. I'm not worried that my knives, no matter the size, are securely fastened. This has been my primary concern for both safety and maintenance of my knives. However, as a carpenter, I attach great importance to craftsmanship.

I love this walnut magnetic knife holder that I bought for my caravan. After cutting my finger and pulling out a knife while rummaging through a tiny drawer, I decided to find an attractive magnetic holder to attach to the side of the fridge by the sink. I have searched long and hard for a quality, durable walnut magnetic knife rail and this one available from Revain has exceeded my expectations.
