Soft but not enough: Linen

I really wanted to love this pillow. As some other reviewers say, it's not fluffy enough. You shouldn't advertise it as "fluffy" if it isn't. When you sleep it creases and becomes very hard and flat. I don't want to fluff my pillow at night! Add more toppings or let's buy some and I'll try again!

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Very expensive

I love kapok filling.

I'm glad this pillow has a zipper because I love soft pillows and I had to take out about half the cap that I saved. The kapok is so soft and odorless - I love it. I gave it four stars instead of five because it tends to get lumpy, but after I crack it open the next morning it's springy again. It's hard to find an affordable king size organic pillow and so far this is the best.

Pros
  • Don't waste time
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

The best pillow! suitable for bedding

really great pillow! I bought it because I needed an allergy free pillow, this one is perfect. I have woken up with my down pillows even after dry cleaning with congested sinuses, this one keeps me sleeping soundly and gives me a clear airway in the morning. It comes with lots of filler, I removed some of the filler (put it in a bag in the closet for later) and found the perfect fit for my head. I'm glad it's fully stocked. There's no better way to customize it than to do it yourself.

Pros
  • hands free
Cons
  • makes me angry

Non-toxic, well made, not enough padding

So far so good (approx. 2 weeks), the protective cloth cover is very heavy, the zipper is good. The kapok filler is a bit flat for me. Some people have been talking about removing some of the filling from some of the kapok pillows so I expected them to be really full. In addition, kapok is a material that tends to flatten out. The smell of the pillow was very important to me. This pillow had an organic odor right after opening it, but after 24 hours there is no odor at all. I haven't tried…

Pros
  • Easy to assemble
Cons
  • Some small things

Great pillow. Could have used a little more toppings.

Kapok! I was so lucky to find a pillow made out of non-toxic materials. I'm not very picky about the bulkiness of the pillow, but this is an underfilled pillow. It is very easy to fluff up - just shake it or hit it lightly. And that's great, but over time the filling goes to the side. The pillowcase is very durable, with a good zipper. And when you open it, there's stuffing! It's nice to know you're sleeping on wood fluff, and hell knows what's in ordinary pillows. Very slight earthy smell…

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Waiting too long
