Works fast and doesn't overheat. Drills concrete like butter.

I have reviewed many rotary hammers and read many (mostly bad) reviews. This one stands out because there were no bad reviews. I took a risk and bought it. I was able to drill 4 holes 3" deep and 3/8 diameter in 40 year old concrete in about 10-15 minutes. It cuts through concrete like butter. I worked slowly due to lack of experience, but I could probably get the job done in half the time. This is a real hammer drill, not a cheap drill. The engine didn't get warm. A fatal error that cannot be overlooked.

Although I love almost everything about this drill - and this is my second drill - I give it 1 star. Why? Because when you use this drill, you end up unknowingly pressing the "Constant On" button, which locks the drill at full throttle, and the drill keeps spinning when you release the trigger. It will happen when you least expect it.
