Made from high quality molded plastic but strong enough, the wheels spin easily and roll well. You have to attach casters, but they are easy to attach and have nylon lock nuts to keep them from loosening. Only one of the wheels has a brake, which isn't enough to stop it when all four wheels and tires were on it. Any slight tilt or bump from the person leaning against it only shifts the whole thing. Atypical use case, I used this as a platform for my Relfex bag to make it easier to move (it weighs around 140lbs). The first thing I did was put it together (easiest build ever) and let it sit in still air overnight to see if it smelled like recycled rubber. No odor so it has been cleaned for indoor use. As I said mine had two pieces of stiffener broken off the bottom when I took it out of the box but I have it not returned as I don't think it has any effect as I only store 4 tires on it. Really great product. Does exactly what it should. Very durable. Excellent price and quality. All you need is a 1/2" (0.5") nut (or a 13mm nut if you only have metric) to attach the wheels.
