Top Shelf Ring Nuts

These should absolutely be the best/standard for nuts. I have an older set that is at least 12 years old and does not rust in the winter. High quality shelf. I have them on my old 1998 Jeep Wrangler TJ, bought new ones to replace crappy two-piece studs on a new Jeep Rubicon, and new ones for an Airstream trailer. Note to Airstream, call McGard and start buying nuts from them! They charge a premium for trailers, put the best gear on them! This size fits both Jeeps and Airstream trailers. Thanks…

I bought a complete kit to replace the original tabs

I bought these tabs to replace the original tabs on my van. The originals had a thin metal chrome cover which was damaged when removed. My concern with the original type (which is cheaper) is that if you're out and need to change a tire, that thin metal protrusion can become damaged and cause the seat to slide. Rounding a curb at the side of the road can become a serious problem. These McGard cleats are one piece (no metal caps). You look great. They cost more, but I firmly believe they are…

Received with internal grate

I have been using these nuts for a long time. They hold up well as long as no striking tools are used (they destroy the chrome finish). But in this case, lug nuts only need to be removed and installed with hand tools and tightened to specification - something almost no garage seems to be able to do anymore. no chrome). I don't blame McGard. I blame Revain as they have obviously been stored in a humid environment for some time. I was able to salvage some of the rusty nuts and also got a…

Much better than Jeep OEMs and most of the aftermarket - worth the price

After 12 years of dealing with OEM junk and aftermarket nuts I bought these as they had good reviews and they seemed to be, what i was looking for . I was happy, the others were two-piece nuts that made me swear every time I rotated or changed my winter tires. I tried using all kinds of glue to hold them together and finally gave up after many years and bought this set for a full replacement. At one point I think I ended up with three different sized nuts on my wheels, which wouldn't be great…

The only way!

Used these to replace the Chrysler mounting nuts on my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. All it takes is a one time use at a tire shop using an air wrench and the factory fried ones. You can hardly get an outlet with cheap factory nuts! They are built to last and guarantee a long service life. Worth every penny paid for them. I don't want to get stuck on a flat road trying to use a factory wrench on factory nuts where the outer shell has separated from the nut base. My factory lug nuts blew off the outer…
