Intact and twisted but with a few kinks/bends that looked "cooked". I couldn't completely bring these areas back into a round shape. I didn't need the full length so I trimmed those areas.

The tubing was tightly wrapped in shrink wrap but both ends were pinched in the center of this roll and severely twisted. These pieces, about 1/3 of the total length, need to be cut off and discarded.

The packaging (shrink wrap) of the hose caused irreparable damage to the hose design, the hose is severely kinked and not fully usable. Luckily I only needed a 12" section to complete the door well outlet repair. Do not buy if you need more than 18 inches of untwisted tubing.

Can you help me find a more suitable product? The cost and hassle of returning this order outweighs any potential benefit. I'm ready for it to work. Cut it up so it won't be useful to you when reselling it. Then add the cost of processing nobody wins. I could use it in another application. like a downpipe in a waterfall…
