Highly recommended if your main device is out of power.

Describe how it was and how it worked for my brother's 2011 Ford Fusion. The kit we brought included the main seat belts. This wiring harness solved my problem with turning on the radio and eventually knocked out another installation. I recommend a great time saver.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • boring package

Perfect for 2012 f250 xlt with no sync, no SWC

For my truck, 2012 f250 xlt with no sync, no steering wheel controls, an MP3 CD radio and Sirius, this harness fits perfectly. This is the correct wire harness for my truck as the first wire harness I bought didn't provide 12V DC. Power with switching accessories like this one.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • very expensive

Getting a real product that works when it says it will work

It didn't work on my 2012 f150 without the extra power cord for the aftermarket stereo so I have to get power there from another Find Source are two black connectors that have red wires going to them, but I can't use them because there isn't room on my two din stereo to plug them in

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Hard to tell

You need to know what you are doing to make it work

It comes with a module that they had to plug into either end, there is a wiring harness, you need to try them both because they are different Giving types of power to turn on, there are no instructions on which is which, but try one and then the other and see which one works

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Almost never

2014 econoline 6 speaker system E350

If your stock wiring harnesses look like the picture I posted and you don't have a steering wheel control, amp or anything crazy then it's in the wiring harness for your car. It only uses 2 wires on a smaller connector, but that's what you need if the basic wiring harness doesn't work for you. This harness comes pre-wired with the ignition wire required for Ford vehicles that do not have it in the main harness. Easy installation works great!

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Fits 2008 Ford Focus SE - radio without amplifier - without steering.

Thank you Metra weekend support team. It was not clear in the instructions that there are only 2 black plugs and only one goes to the AXXESS box - the one without a label. Unfortunately, given the price, this was exactly what I needed to hook up a second radio to a 2008 Ford Focus SE with the base radio. The only trick was that you had to connect one of the blue wires, which isn't entirely clear in the instructions. Again, my unfortunate comment only applies to Ford, who use their own method of

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Everything OK
