This is not as good quality as the original model it replaced. What can I say, it works great! We love our vacuum cleaner, it's a reliable product for the price!

This is a replacement for my original nozzle. This replacement is not even remotely inferior to the original in terms of build quality. The strong brush is not strong enough and the plastic body is cheap and flimsy. Looks like a bad fake.

I bought this nozzle to replace the original nozzle on my Miele Red Star vacuum cleaner. The original head was 10 years old and started to get stuck on the heavy carpet. The new SEB-213 was its direct successor and has proven itself so far! Runs much smoother and quieter than the original (possibly due to the age of the original). Let's see if the replacement is as durable as the original, but so far I'm quite happy.

UPDATE: Having replaced the roller bearing once since purchasing this item on November 12th, 2016, the powerhead now completely shuts down 30 seconds after powering up. , even when the roller is off the ground without a load. This is after 4.5 months of light use 1-2 times a week. Of course, my "return" date for the Revain is now past, so if Miele doesn't decide to honor the one-year warranty, it's going to be a total waste of $150. very good.
