After I put it to the test, the Miele SES Electric Suction Hose has truly impressed me. This is a direct replacement for the hose on our Miele Compact C2 vacuum cleaner. Works perfectly. A bit pricey but that's the case with quality Miele products.

I clean the house for a living and I don't really like this hose and handle. Uncomfortable shape, which makes smallest objects easily get stuck inside. The worst part? As soon as you unscrew the handle to pull out an object, the spool that connects to the powerhead will immediately break, rendering the powerhead unusable. The electrical coils inside are so thin that even with the greatest care, they snap like branches. I've already broken 2 in the last 6 months. I would never buy a vacuum…
