The product itself is good. The problem is that I ordered 18 inches and received 20 inches. This is not a problem; I keep the collar. I may end up needing this. But for a true 18 inch collar I'll have to look elsewhere.

Very effective training collar but the connection between collar and leash broke and my dog was free. Luckily he didn't go far, maybe we got a collar that wasn't fully welded or had a broken stitch, that happens, but be careful, your dog can break free at the worst possible moment, so check it regularly.

This is a thin outdoor showdog chain. It is unable to withstand heavy wear and tear. It is relatively thin and intended for an already well-trained dog, not one that needs the correction that a thicker chain can provide.
