Worst shoe brand: my rating

I am a registered nurse and walk a lot during my work shift at the hospital. I bought a pair in November 2019, just 7 months ago, the shoes look in pretty good condition, almost new so I ran to the store. Covid-19 patient and look what's going on, the back of the sole of the shoe (the plastic part) just broke. I had to stay in the hospital until the end of my shift, I walked 5 hours with this bad sole. I am attaching some photos of it. In any case, I will not recommend Mizuno to anyone anymore.

Pros
  • Good product!
Cons
  • May cause leg fatigue or pain over time

The best running shoes

These are the best running shoes you can buy. If you are serious about running, give them a try, and if not, you can wear them to any occasion as well.

Pros
  • I have a favorite pair of shoes and am a shoe fanatic.
Cons
  • I paid over $250 for them, they lasted less than a year.

Reliable shoes where the money goes into the materials!

These are durable running shoes. You don't feel like you're standing on a platform, but it absorbs excess energy before it travels up your legs and into your knees. The only complaint is that the molded plastic is sharp (don't kick anyone with your ass!) and the floor can get a bit slippery when wet.

Pros
  • Shoes are great!
Cons
  • Inconsistent size

DO NOT BUY THESE SNEAKERS

I've been a Mizuno lover but this one is stiff and uncomfortable. These sneakers look like hard plastic, too expensive for a terrible shoe. Better back to the good old Asics.

Pros
  • They fit perfectly, I have several pairs of Mizuno, they seem to walk on a cloud.
Cons
  • Can wear out quickly

Very comfortable shoes for long distances.

I've been running for 10 years and tried almost every running shoe before using Mizuno Prophecy. I have had prophecies for the last 5 years and they are amazing. Prophecy 7 isn't as expensive as Prophecy 8 and they're amazing when you run over 10,000 a day.

Pros
  • Fantastic landing. I was not paid to view this ad.
Cons
  • May not match all running attire

Great sneakers with a beautiful design

Got a Prophecy 3 which is still good and a new Prophecy 7 at a great price. Like my previous Mizuno, this one is a size 8 (I usually use a size 7.5 from other brands) and it fits like my old one. It came in the original packaging and appears to have never been opened. Very good quality and design and they are perfect for long walks or runs. I bought them for about $130 on sale at Revain. I don't pay the full $230 price for tennis shoes (these or any other!) Recommended if you can get it for the

Pros
  • You feel your foot is supported when you wear it.
Cons
  • Shoelaces are too short

For me the best running shoes

I run in these shoes, this is my second pair of Wave Prophecy shoes. My first pair lasted 3 years but it was a stretch because the bottom was almost completely bare. I only wear these shoes for running but I have found that I have less joint pain in these shoes.

Pros
  • great support and light weight.
Cons
  • Limited availability (can sell out quickly)

What's the problem here!

I don't know what's up with Muzuno, but this product is declining in quality fast. I've been a fan since Wave Prophecy 3 was released (best of all) but each subsequent series has gotten worse. First, they made the shoe too tight to be comfortable and too much impact pressure can cause the heel to crack. Very disappointing. For the money spent you would expect a much better product.

Pros
  • very good
Cons
  • The toe may feel tight

Five stars plus: my rating

They fit perfectly. I've ridden it quite a few miles and its functionality and performance are to be expected. I haven't had any Mizuno products since I played at HS Baseball. The quality is still there.

Pros
  • I really don't like that I can't buy more 😕
Cons
  • It's stiffer, heavier, and tapered than expected.
