I bought one of these when I got my new Macbook in 2018, two years later I had to buy a new one to make sure it would still fit to my Mac. That's the way it should be, so I'm not mistaken. It just slides and doesn't fit the keys because it's too big. The quality is far from the first.

I was a little skeptical about buying this one as I've bought similar ones before and taped them in place. However, no tape is used and the shape adapts perfectly to the keyboard and even without anything holding it in place it doesn't move at all and fits like a glove! I highly recommend this to those who like to keep their keyboards clean.

It fits like crap and is way too thick. This is a sticky type of silicone that makes typing difficult. I wore it for months and it left indelible marks on my keyboard - alcohol, degreaser and detergent didn't remove it so now my keyboard is ruined. Stay away from this thing, don't protect your $1000 laptop with a $7 case like I did.

This keyboard cover has no adhesive so it won't stay in place and shift every time I open the MacBook cover. Also, you CANNOT see the letters backlight through this keyboard cover. You can see the backlight on the outside of the letters, but the actual backlight of the letters/characters cannot be seen at night or in a dark room.

I ordered this case and when it arrived it was just an empty envelope. I had to report it and the automated system said "Send the old one back." Well there wasn't one so I wrote to customer service who was kind enough to tell me not to worry . It hasn't been 30 days yet so we'll see if they try to charge me for that.
