you know, an honest review. my fault I had to order two sizes for the waist. Works little. 3 sizes bigger is better. I have a 34 waist. But I have a 36 waist. Goes great with my underwear. But it's better to wear with pants or shorts underneath. Keeps the perineal area warmer at 34 degrees Fahrenheit.
