I bought this product to listen to music and answer calls while driving. The sound quality is ok, but I expected more. However, I only get one side of the headphones to work. I will uninstall and reinstall to see if the original install didn't go correctly. I will post an update with my results. Good quality hard plastic. The price is reasonable. This device works well - IF it works! It took a while to install in MC helmets, but once I got it working everything was fine. Although the instructions said not to pair the two headsets after the first time, after power cycling them they didn't work and re-pairing was a headache. It wasn't worth the time and frustration to keep fighting it. Something like this should work every time you turn on the power. I don't have to fight it for up to 30 minutes for it to work.
