Ever since I was a mother, I've always worn hair. I've seen these cookie buns before but never wanted to try them. For a long time I was content with my quick messy bun until my hair grew very long. I would say below my actual waist. My topknot the way I did it no longer works so I gave it a try. And thank god I did it! I don't know how I lived without her! I love this set! The one I use in the photo is the largest donut in the set. I particularly like the type of cleats that come with the kit.

I love the different sizes and they are perfect. It was a great purchase and I would buy again if we lose one of these or need a replacement.

The buns come in sealed packaging! It has COMPLETELY flattened the bun, which defeats the purpose. Also, the smell of these things is just disgusting. I didn't want my daughter smelling like mothballs at her dance concert. I threw them away as quickly as I opened them. Better run to Walmart or aim and buy one. That's a waste of money.

The set came with all the materials but the donut bun was difficult to use on myself. I have shoulder length hair and I tangled the baseus by trying to wrap it over a large donut and then it is said to have risen slightly above my scalp. It takes practice, but once you get the hang of it you'll get there. I have hair up to my ass and it's THICK. In my style, after brushing and using hair oil, I pull my hair into a high pink ponytail with a hair tie. I put a donut in it. Wrap your hair around it and then gather it in the middle. Use a different hair tie. Divide the open hair in half and braid each half. Wrap the braids and secure with a bobby pin. Put a sweet crunch on it. Untie the braids as desired.
