Perfect replacement for a water separator/pressure regulator that got broke. Very compact design. Perfect for HVLP & airbrush use.Very versatile: mount on small airbrush compressor, mount on wall of paint booth with air leads to it and quick disconnects from it.

The price seemed to be competitive with similar products until i realized the supplied gauge is faulty. So, my ”Accuracy” rating is low because the gauge measurement (accuracy) is off. This product lost ground for "Value for money” because now I have to by an additional gauge.

so the first off, the unit should be cleaned and inspected before use. pay particular attention to the treads and mating surfaces of everything. burrs and manufacturing remnants can be present. the gauge is at best about +/- 15% at 125psi. the filter does catch stuff so stay on top of the cleaning of the chamber.for the price its a decent deal.

lasted about 9 months for me then the valve at the base of the unit slowly started leaking. Every morning i go to use my compressor now I have to turn it back on to fill it up. i would say it did 7-10 job at removing water for me.

I used this to replace my existing regulator.Install was straight forward. So far so good.It keeps the set pressure stable and there are no leaks.

It comes with a mounting bracket, so I was able to make a stand to mount it on. This allows me to have my compressor further from the pool thats in need of inspection. I can run regular pneumatic air line from the compressor to the Oil/Water separator (w/ 5 micron air filter) and then connect the Breathing Air line where I’m working. This also make the Regulator close to the job as well.

Worked right out the box. Had to use pipe tape to seal it on the fittings as normal. No leaks for a few months and now I leave my compressor on all that time and it never kicks on unless I use air for a bit.

For the money this regulator has worked well for me. Not the most solid on the market but for my application it has held up.

Two weeks after installing it the plug on the back of the housing started leaking - easy fix to pull it out and clean the silicone off and put Teflon tape instead, but it really shouldn’t have started leaking in the first place.Otherwise seems ok, but it’s only been in service a few weeks

Works well, good flow.Sprung a leak after a few weeks, turns out it's the plug on the back side, it's not ntp thread so it doesn't fit right, and they seal it in with silicon. I removed it, cleaned it up, and put some Teflon tape and rectorseal on it. If that doesn't hold I'll get a 1/8" ntp plug.EDIT: I had to use a NTP plug, the tape and sealant wasn't enough. Working good now.

Works great for what I needed it for. It is mounted in ceiling for over head air line. It can not be bumped or I could see it cracking. Works as listed and gauge reads correct to pressure in line.

The regulator works fine. But the "automatic" water drain will not stay closed when running. I suppose it should shut under pressure but the spring is too stiff. I can figure out if water accumulates and open a valve myself. So I wrapped wire of the right diameter around the outer valve stem to keep it shut. This is very annoying. But of course I couldn't learn this until it was installed. Oh: Order Teflon tape if you don't have any. Throw the junk provided in the trash.

It functions good and can't beat it for the money. The pressure gauge threw me off a first because my compressor was reading at the stop point of 110 psi and I couldn't open the regulator reach that pressure. I checked the pressure with a gauge after the regulator and had the full 110 psi but the gauge on the unit only showed 75 psi. Sadly the port for the gauge is too small for my 1/4" gauge fitting.

Works well and at a great price. I didn’t care much for the plastic fittings, which I replaced on mine, but they would work for someone who would use it occasionally. Overall I would buy it again for another project.

Good value for the money the brass fittings included are nice not too much of a fan of the plastic fittings Thanks for attention!

Locking Nut on Pressure adjustment stem loose and Pressure Dial leakes( not from threads ). Had to buy new Dial That's my review!

Works as expected. No leaks so far after about a month. I was able to flip the gauge over to the other side since I needed the flow to go the opposite way. Used thread sealant from autozone on the plug and it worked out great.

Bought it for a 60 gallon 175 psi Kobalt compressor because the ad says the max supply pressure is 175 psi. It worked for about a week before it developed a leak. The overall construction is heavy duty and very impressive, but where the gauge mounts is recessed so you cannot get a wrench in there to properly tighten it by the stem so you have to tighten by twisting the gauge body and this is where it sprung the leak. Overall, nice for the money, but do not use it on a 175 psi compressor.

Yes, it has issues. First off, the Instructions. They are awful so just throw them away. The mounting bracket is weak and rather flimsy for a regulator this size. The mounting nut is plastic so dont reef down on this thing or you may regret it. Snug and a bump is about all you can get before you possibly damage it. The auto drain hose is 3/8 inch OD push lock so be ready for that if you dont want it to spit all over the place. Now for the big one in my book, the gauge leaks. I tried teflon…

This is a good regulator and filter. I'm using it for 30-50PSI @ 1.0 SCFM flow and works great. Using it as air supply in my CNC laser system.
