. Ever since I bought the first Venice Style, my son has said that this shoe is more comfortable than the wellies by Jefferson. Since then it has retained all its native Venetian style.

These shoes are super cute and easy enough to put on and take off for my child to do it by themselves. They're not fully plasticky like the Jefferson style (which we also have), but have a softer feel. This is almost always the pair my daughter chooses.

I've been buying Natives for my children for years and have never been disappointed. The quality and comfort as well as the care are first class. However, this particular shoe has not fared well this summer. They're supposed to be waterproof, but after two months of wearing them I can't shake the musty, dirty smell from the pair I bought for my daughter. I'm very disappointed to have to throw them in the bin after only 2 months when other Natives I've bought have lasted a year+.
