Very short battery life Charging 3 times in less than 45 minutes was very disappointing. I have another Neato that lasts over an hour on a single charge just because my first one works well.

Reliable and reliable! We have Neato vacuuming the hallway and three bedrooms daily while we are at work. Our carpets are always clean! We love it! We just have to remember to empty the trash can every few days. I highly recommend this product. I would definitely buy it again.

Probably the worst, most expensive and useless thing I've ever bought. It took 6 months before it started throwing an error and wouldn't start. Sent it to a shop as it was still under warranty and had the same issues afterwards. It's a trick, it doesn't work, and even when it does work, it just clings to things and doesn't get the job done. I spent more time fixing this than getting it working.

This vacuum cleaner is perfect if you like playing hide and seek or just cleaning the edges of the room. It was my first robot vacuum and I almost gave up hope of robotic help to keep my house clean in a house covered in my critters' fur.
