I bought these to make it easier to remove tendons from a chicken fillet. It worked fine. I still had to use a fork to help the tendon come out. It's better than using my fingers and hurting them.

Sooo glad I bought it! It really works. Definitely make sure I get my people on it. It should be. I use them for chicken, fish and anything else that needs plucking and they have such a good grip that they hit on the first try. .

So I ended up using them to rip the bones off a 10lb rainbow trout I caught. So angular didn't work very well. Maybe something didn't add up, but just didn't manage to get a good grip on the bones. The flat worked great! Overall I still think it's a decent price for my $

I was expecting good tweezers for the price but upon unboxing I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality. Both are above my expectations. I have big hands so the big design is very comfortable. My wife's hands are smaller and she feels comfortable too. I will order from this company in the future.
