helped a LOT with my neuropathy!

So a while back my doctor suggested taking Alpha Lipoic Acid as a supplement to help with my neuropathy in my left leg and foot. mom loves her; I'm still learning about her.

Bought these for my mother but have tried a few myself. They made me hungry and a little sleepy so I guess how a person might feel depends on the time of day they are taken and whether or not they are taken with food. I take mine for lunch or dinner and find I can't stay up late (which might be part of the deal - they help with insomnia although I didn't buy them for that; I got them for energy/bulk). Not weight loss but help to maintain current weight.

Research shows that taking 1000-2000mg of L-carnitine with proper exercise can help with weight loss. I drank the entire bottle but didn't see my weight melt away. Although I exercised 3-4 times (for 45 minutes) a week. I've found that maintaining the same weight while eating more food than I have in the past can help. I eat about 2200 calories a day.
