I have been using Noxema for many years, they are known to have a great creamy product consistency. This stuff was so runny that opening the first can (tipping as usual because the fresh can is thick) spilled half the watery contents all over the bottom! I became more cautious about opening other jars and encountered the same problem. Also, no jar had the same amount of product. They all seemed about half full or less. I will no longer buy them online, I will only buy them in store!

As others have noted, this 4 pack (2 regular and 2 travel containers) came in wet packaging, like the contents of Noxzema in the containers probably leaked during transport. When this product is brand new it usually has a smooth, oily consistency and only becomes watery and clumpy after a few washes with it. I will not use this as it looks sticky like it has been used (see photo). I used to buy a 2 pack from Revain (2 regular sized containers) and it has the expected new buttery consistency so…

No matter what comes, the Noxzema I bought the first time is not the same. The consistency was completely weird and lumpy. All containers arrived with a sticky, watery substance. I have purchased this product before and received a solid oil consistency product that has really helped my skin.
