This is a really great product for all the reasons stated in other reviews; the zipper is particularly practical for putting on and taking off the naughty children's costume. My only major issue is that it shows baby sunscreen (Neutrogena Zinc Oxide) (mine is dark purple) and is difficult to wash off - all because my child accidentally rubbed his face on his neck. I'm sure if I rubbed too hard it might come loose, but it survived 2 (gentle) machine washes and is still there.

Looks hot but my son didn't care. He looked less hot in it than in a regular t-shirt and shorts. One issue with this swimsuit is that there is nothing on his ankles to hold his legs in place. His legs were up to his knees when he crawled, so I still had to put sunscreen on his arms and legs. He needs a rubber band or something to keep him from being bullied. Took this suit to French Polynesia with my 10 month old baby. She mostly crawls so I wanted her knees to be protected when playing in the rough sand. She was very comfortable in the lightweight material, although it was hot and sticky and she didn't burn herself or get bitten by mosquitoes, even after being out on the boat all day.
