Not the best buy if you have pets and vacuum a lot. The carpet is beautiful but I vacuum every other day as I have 2 house cats. The carpet does not hold up to vacuuming and has loose scuffs. It looks like he was totally beaten up and only lived 2 months!

Unfortunately we had to part with this mat after a while. Yes it looked great and we loved the feel of the burlap, but it fell like crazy. We were hoping that maybe things would get better after a while, but that didn't happen. I'm tired of washing the floor multiple times a day to keep it from looking dusty. I was very disappointed as we had a jute rug before and it didn't shed at all (we had to replace it because it got dirty). waste of money.

The mat was well packaged. Just rolled out. Only the end was tucked in but snaps back up easily, surprisingly soft under bare feet. Blue is the dark blue I expected from photos on the internet. You need to put a pad underneath to keep it in place. I ended up putting it on my balcony. As long as it doesn't slip on my balcony, I'll still put foil underneath it to absorb moisture. It survived the outdoor test under a few rain showers well. Great rug at a great price.

We only used it as a hallway rug for a few weeks. It straightened out very quickly and lay flat. And I love that it catches most of the dirt we send in, not all, but most of it. We usually take our shoes off at the door, but if you just need to come back quickly and buy something; I find very little dirt to sweep up. This rug is better than I imagined and great value for money! He immediately lay down evenly as he is a good weight. It doesn't have a grip on the back, though, so a non-slip pad is a good idea if you plan to use it in high-traffic areas for safety. There was a strong odor coming from the packaging.
