These headlights were fitted to our camper van. Installation was quick and easy. The brightness of the lamp ensures good reading light at full power. Unfortunately, the batteries don't last long at full capacity and the light starts to dim noticeably after about an hour of use. At $5 for a pair of AA batteries, this is an expensive light.

Less than an hour to install 6 lamps. I hung them on the stucco ceiling so the glue wouldn't work. I didn't trust the #2 screws that came with it, so I used small drywall screws that work great. The beauty is that if you aim it correctly, one controller will control all the lights at once. Couldn't be happier with the money to show my "museum".

I bought these lights to highlight some 12 foot tall art on the wall. When they arrived I put in new batteries, aimed them at the artwork and they were dead before the evening was out. Cheap and useless for my purposes. Even if I use rechargeable batteries, who has the time or energy to change the batteries on the headlights every day, do I need a ladder to access them?

Bought 6 of these lights to illuminate a 9ft x 14ft room from a ceiling about 16ft high. You did a great job. The light was very easy to manipulate to point at specific objects. As far as I can tell, the 3M sticky part works well. The remote control is small and serves its purpose. While some of the buttons are almost useless, the on/off switch works great, which is all I could ask for at this price point. Each light consumes 3 AA. Great value for money in this price range.

Almost 5 stars. As you can see in the image, I'm using this to light a vertically oriented piece of wood art above our stairwell. To do this, both lamps had to point in the same direction almost parallel to the wall. This was not possible as the mounting posts were recessed into a recess in the bracket. I solved this problem by loosening the nuts on the back of the stands to allow the lamps to rotate freely on the mounting surface. I then used glue on the back of the posts to keep the posts…

I use two spotlights to illuminate the carved African door, placing one light about 15cm behind the other. The front light is aimed at the top of the door at 80% illumination and the rear light is aimed at the bottom of the door at 100% illumination. The effect is perfect!
