🍴 Oneida Flight Steak Knives - Set of 4: Enhance Your Dining Experience Review

I bought these steak knives from MMP. They were made in Canada. I would say this is the perfect replacement for those looking to replace their old set. Excellent quality, great weight, sharp, long and thick. I was so pleased with the set that I bought a second one before it ran out.

These steak knives are very good! I was afraid they might not be sharp enough, but they work really well. They are very durable and blend in with the rest of the silver. Although they look like ordinary knives, they are bigger and sharper. Very happy with this purchase.

I was looking for a nice little sharp knife that can do two things: a lunch/dinner knife and a tomato slicing knife. That's it! These beauties allow me to chop and quickly rinse tomatoes, onions or cucumbers. I have enjoyed using them with steaks and sausages for dinner. Great product at a great price.

Somehow steak knives disappeared from our flatware set but they matched the Oneida Flight flatware set my family bought circa 2008. for the inconsistency. Weight, length and handles correspond to the original.

Nice and goes with my other set (not sure if mine is also Oneida but at least it looks similar). It would have been better if the cutting edge was the full length of the top (half length is annoying for simple things like cutting a slice of bread in half), but the edge that's there is sharp enough. It will be months before I know if they rust I guess as I'm pretty careful with them. If nothing has been posted in 12 months, assume they haven't rusted :)

The quality of these items has deteriorated since I first bought them 15 years ago. They don't feel as good in the hand as our old set. They are flatter and less round. It's a shame. I doubt many will notice this, but it's pretty obvious to me. I needed it badly; For some reason we've gone from 8 knives to 3 over the years. These knives are fine. Maybe a 3.5 rating if that were possible. I wanted to replace my old steak knives which are so old but still work great. I have Oneida cutlery and love them. Oneida steak knives look great with what I already have. The only thing I don't like (and I didn't think about it when ordering) is that the serrated part only partially goes over the knife. So for me it's just not that functional. I use my steak knives for everything (maybe that's the problem) and my old knives do…
