Excellent optical connection

Love this product. I have connected my Roku Ultra, PS5, PS4 and Dreamcast to Easy (Arc) Switch and it is now automatically only one HDMI for Arc and 4 on this machine clean clean clean. If we played a game, that is (can you find my wires, I would win). Lol and the device is very solid, I like that too. almost forgot that my vizio soundbar is connected to a digital optical cable (boom). Just plug in Roku Ultra and now guess everything on Roku in 4k HDR Digital DTS 7.2 5.2 3.1 same with PS5 and 4

Works well as an audio extractor. He did not live long, now he died at the age of 1 year.

Update - 1 year and 1 month later. This device has failed. It started with the loss of sound, the frequency of which increased, then the video disappeared, and finally disappeared completely until reset. If it was a $20 device, fine, but it's not, and 1 year of semi-stable use to failure means . buy something else. ------------ So far, so good. I bought this to connect multiple HDMI sources to my projector and get sound out of the Sonos Beam via the optical out. I just encountered a potential…

Switching delay between sources?

I've only had this device for about a day. Not satisfied with the performance of the device. I needed something to quickly switch between different sources on my TV. I don't do anything out of the ordinary. Cable TV and DVD box. Additional entrances for future use. Game console etc. I'm not sure if it's too expensive because it's the first one I bought. The block itself is small and mostly made of plastic. Not the best quality, but it's nice that this is a small device. I don't know much about…
