2019 update - the pages are starting to get a little sticky. No forgiveness at all. I can't believe this pan lasted 2 years with regular use. I will buy another one soon. I really love this pan. It has not warped or changed shape. I use it a lot. My Tfal lasted several weeks before it started to warp and lose some of its non-stick properties. Not that tough guy, he looks brand new after 4 months. Don't hesitate to buy this pan.

After a few weeks of use I find this OXO pan to outperform the other 4 square pans I have tried. Haven't had any sticking issues with anything and so far haven't had any signs of warping that has happened to others. Maybe because it's a much heavier pan. I handle this pan very carefully, don't use high heat and don't wash my hot pan in cold water which can warp. I would recommend and would buy the same pan again without hesitation.

Very nice frying pan. The non-stick coating is very slippery, so slippery that the egg wants to slide into the pan instead of into the oiled spatula.
