Works perfect for part

Works perfect, used them on my motorcycle exhaust. The hook works well, no complaints. There are two springs with slightly different sizes.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Very expensive

Spring in action

Bought this set of springs. They worked great on the Suzuki Gladius mine client. The pen is of 'good' quality, but that's to be expected

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Very good quality parts

This spring extractor works fantastic. The hook is strong enough to stretch the springs without bending them. The handle is handy and can be used to position the spring if the exhaust hooks are not perfectly aligned. Very good product.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Fair enough but...

Does the job, no more flying feathers

For the price, you really can't beat it. No more chasing feathers around the garage when your pliers slip. Only 2 springs were the right size for my application but for the price of 2 springs and a tool it's still a steal.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Compatibility

Good price.: Parts

Time will tell how they hold up. Overall good value for money for springs and tools. and they just fit. I've used one of each length. I wanted to see more detail in the description, one of the reviewers had pictures of approximate measurements with a tape measure that helped me decide if they should work. I am attaching pictures of the inner hook to the hooks in mm of each spring.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Doubtful

Minor changes required for my purposes.

Tool works great. However, the springs would have to be adjusted a bit. The hooks on the spring had a sharp bend on one end instead of a rounded bend, so the end of the spring hook rubbed against the muffler when installed. inlet pipe. Being picky I didn't like it so I took an old #2 screwdriver and stuck it in the spring, then used a vise to bend the end of the spring a little more to clean the tubes. These springs are stiff, much stiffer than the cheap zinc plated springs that came with the…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • No mold required
