Every time I put one of these shirts on my child I thought I would go crazy. One time it's way too big. Next time they will do well. Then one fits perfectly. My son is 4 years old and wears 5 t shirts so I bought small ones. Although I knew they would probably be a little big, none of the shirts in this set are the same size! So I bought three of these kits. Two sets were large (12/14) as labeled and the middle one was 10/12. My 8 year old is 5ft, pole skinny and wears old size 10/12 navy blue active t-shirts. which fit him perfectly and these I read to order a size up as they run small and they REALLY run small! Two sets of 12/14 are smaller than my son's old navy blue 10/12 active shirt. From the same material and such. I compared them last night and they are a full inch shorter in the torso than my son's old navy
