Terrible product.

First of all the package was in the garage where my wife's car was supposed to drive right over it! Stumbled upon a package in the garage. What happened to the packages left on the doorstep? Or little things in the mailbox? Second was the lesson in another language. And they are too big to hold an earring! What was the purpose of this product. The hole is too big for the earring. Terrible product.
