Necessary! Best in Sport

I bought this to remove and install wires from Shimano Di2, there is a chance of plug/cable damage. I would rather spend less than $20 and have this tool. Solid tool, definitely recommended.

Pros
  • Sport
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Another Park Tool to add to my collection

I use the Park Tool EWS1 to connect and disconnect tiny connectors on Shimano Di2 and SRAM eTap systems. If you have one of these systems, get this tool. This makes it easier to work with miniature connectors in the tightest of spaces.

Pros
  • Cycling
Cons
  • Working Speed

A must have in every mechanic's toolbox

When you get a job done, you have to do it right. Don't think you can get away with pulling and pulling wires on the Shimano Di2 connectors. Especially on a battery where you can use this tool to slide the connector far enough to fully connect the cable to the battery.

Pros
  • Workshop tools
Cons
  • Quality
