From many years of experience, I’ll say that 5 percent of all Patriot RAM start up and work without failures. Usually, Patriot has to be taken out of desperation when there is an urgent order, and nothing else is available at affordable prices.

Purchased to expand laptop memory. I bought 2 x 4 GB sticks at once. For a complete replacement of the standing Samsung memory 2 to 2 GB. No dancing took off the old one installed a new one and voila everything works.

I have an old laptop with 4GB memory. The processor is good for what I do, but I often have multiple windows open (Word, Excel, Internet, Maps) on 2 screens and 4GB is not enough, but I didn't want to spend a lot of money to upgrade my age Laptop. . I installed this SODIMM in a Dell XPS 18 All in One and it works great. You can not ask for more! It's not the best machine for gaming with any amount of memory, but upgrading to 8GB of RAM made a very noticeable difference in load speeds and overall performance.
