not quite what I expected. Stones clog easily over time and flow out from where the plastic nozzle connects to the stone. All 6 of them.

These air diffusers work incredibly well in my homemade moving bed filter. These small balls contain many bubbles. I highly recommend.

These bubble stones are great for your aquarium and their shape gives you more control over where you want the air bubbles to be. If I were to buy again I would prefer the stick but they work flawlessly.

These are fantastic little bubble stones when you want to add a small amount of bubbles to different areas of your aquarium or nutrient reservoir. They are compact but distribute the air evenly over the stone surface. Pay attention to their size. It's small! I grew my plants in small individual cups so I didn't have much room to air and they were perfect for me. You might want to look for something with more surface area depending on what you need.
