Not as advertised. weak.

Tesla coil looks cool. You buy it thinking there is a gas that turns green when electricity interacts with it. but no gas. but metallic particles were sprayed on the interior of the sphere. actually not as advertised.

Poorly finished - New lighting

Didn't have time to return and find another gift but can't recommend it. It seems to work. The glass ball is not firmly seated in the base. In fact, it can be lifted, and therefore it will not work unless installed absolutely perfectly. The hollow plastic base is lightweight and easy to move, even knock over as the cord is very short. The on/off switch is not set correctly. I have little faith it will last.
