Artistic versatility

I love Pentel Arts products for their quality, versatility and affordability. They are suitable for both beginners and professionals. The Sign Pen Brush is a permanent, pigmented, acid-free ink pen that is also light and water fast. It has a flexible brush tip so you can vary the width of the line you create. Therefore, it can be used for painting, sketching, and lettering, but it's also good for mixed media projects, parts to be painted with watercolor, and more. I tested the gray pen here…

  • Quality construction

I'm new to lettering but I've always been obsessed with writing utensils - pens, markers, pencils, all that. I have this pen in grey received which didn't make me too happy as I prefer black ink. For a beginner it has a really smooth tip and it was very easy for me to pick up the pen and practice making smooth strokes. The gray is light gray as I expected but the ink shows up fine, no issues. When I make a thick stroke it doesn't always fill the entire stroke with ink and I thought it was…

Pros
  • good stuff
