Most of the reviews on this product are false: the pen pen works effectively for about a week (I used mine with 2 cats) and then everything goes wrong. The shovel begins to stick to the bottom, the gray ring around the top begins to slip, and the result is a mess that takes more than "one touch" to clear. This device is known as Littersweep Ultra or Petmate Litter RoundUp One Touch. I've tried every automatic tablet on the market and this is the best - there's only ONE way to get it to work.
