Original collar defective. you could either buy a new system for 270,- or a new collar for 130,-. This replacement will keep the system working like new.

Perfect replacement for our old one. Our system was over 6 years old and this new one worked first time. We noticed that the distance was a few meters shorter in some places, but the dog quickly adapted.

They are great for our dogs - this particular receiver broke when I had to unscrew it which was disappointing but I called their support and they were GREAT! They immediately sent a new one, no problem.

Replacement collar with wireless fence receiver works great but was missing a small tool to change pins and check light. I wrote to the company, they replied almost immediately, they said they would send it. An hour later I had a tracking number.

This collar emits random beeps even when my dog is not wearing it. I just took it out of the box and put it on the counter. It also shocks when it squeaks and NO again near the fence. I need a collar for my new dog but can't train him with this one which has fallen off on its own 4 times in less than a week while sitting on the counter!

Collar stopped receiving radio signal. I replaced the battery per the instructions and rebooted the system per the instructions on the PetSafe website. However, the collar does not receive a radio signal. I have changed the collar a few times due to the same issue. Petsafe needs to extend the life of the collar. When the collar is working properly, it keeps the dog within the radio limit. Unfortunately, the collar stopped working after just a few months.
