Not a direct replacement for the 305 Shark

hose OK and no problem with delivery. This seems to be a very good hose but I gave it three stars because the ridges created by the reinforcing plastic/wire didn't fit my model 305. It's also stiffer than the original. When I tried to screw it into the end fitting with a whisk brush, the fitting broke. I secured it with industrial tape and was able to put everything back together. That works fine.

Works perfectly! in Vacuum Cleaner Parts & Accessories

A little tricky to install but works like new! I was so close to throwing away my amazing little shark vacuum cleaner because it wasn't very expensive to begin with and had a good life. Before throwing the towel away, I decided to see if I could buy a tube (I've already tried the redneck tape method to plug the hole). I figured if I could try to fix it for $10 it would be worth it. . The vacuum cleaner works better than when new! High quality, durable hose that will last until the engine dies…

Who is ready to accept the challenge?

Our local vacuum shop doesn't work with sharks. First of all, I'm not a mechanic, but I watched the video. None were for my particular model. Slowly disassembled each part, keeping the screws separate. It got to the point that I disconnected the wiring to turn the tube on - I don't do that! I looked at it for about 30 minutes, shaking at the parts and realizing that the part on the motor head could pop out with a little motivation. After removing this part, I lubricated each end with oil to…

You can make it fit

I don't think this was made for the Shark Rocket Vacuum HV301 model. It definitely doesn't match the original hardware. BUT, you can make it fit and it will work just fine. It's a few millimeters thicker, the wire spirals are wider (crossing the ends of the receiver) and a few centimeters longer than original equipment. I took wire cutters and cut off a few inches, then I put some petroleum jelly on the outside of the tube and pushed it in (it screws in reverse - right loose and left tight). It

New life for my Shark Rocket!

I noticed a big crack in the hose so I ordered this one. Some reviews said it fit my vacuum cleaner, others didn't. I took a chance and ordered these. I watched a youtube video or two and it worked. One thing about installation is that the nozzle hose is threaded so you have to twist it right to tighten and push like crazy to start it. Took me about half an hour to take it apart, swap out the hose and put it back together. It's amazing that you can get something like this on your doorstep in a…

Good quality - fits HV301

Original hose on electric floor nozzle for our Shark Rocket, divided. This hose makes a great replacement - it looks well made and is more durable than the original hose. Overall, I'm very happy I was able to revive our $10 vacuum cleaner. Product delivered quickly and suitable for HV301. I have to warn you: removing the old hose and installing the new one is tedious and time consuming. Shark did not design the Power Nozzle to be easily repairable. You will need a set of Torx screwdrivers or…

WORKS GREAT with vacuums and floor cleaners

My 7 year old Shark Rocket HV 301 wasn't cleaning as usual and I thought something was stuck in the pipe. Nothing at all! Investigating further, I noticed that the lower injector hose had cracks, two tiny ones and one fairly large one. A local vacuum shop was one of the casualties of COVID, so replacing the hose has become a do-it-yourself project. I found this part on Revain and decided to give it a try. Now I'm NOT a handyman but there was no one around so I found a relevant video on YouTube,

Fits Rocket Vacuum Shark H301 - Very Tight - Works well

Shark H301 Installation Step 1. Detach the base from the handle.2. Remove the base unit cover by removing the screws from the bottom.3. Notice where the three short screws go. If you use long screws in these places, the fittings will break.4. Pull the gray cover off the base unit.5. Unlock the bottom cleaning cover and remove it from the base.6. Remove the existing hose. Cut the tubing in half, then pull and twist at the same time to disconnect the tubing from the connectors. Another option is…
