I'm 6ft 3" and have a 5 5/8" hat and this unit crushes my head no matter how I adjust it. I'm sure they will fit most head sizes but if you have a big head forget it.

It is very difficult to get air through these hoses. I tried doing laps in the pool for a month hoping my lungs would get stronger, but unfortunately that didn't happen and this expensive device sits idle in my closet.

Update: I've been using the Powerbreather for a couple of weeks now and am now used to how you should breathe. I have found that I can now relax while swimming and even lose myself while swimming. Exactly as advertised. Probably very good for those with young, strong lungs as a lung booster.
