Won't learn my car's TPM.

I have installed and inspected many TPM sensors on my vehicles. I have one of the best learning tools for General Motors and Ford vehicles. After driving it for 10 minutes, I put my f150 into learning mode, tried the learning tool a few times and did nothing. I tried learning them manually by reducing the air pressure, it didn't work. If the seller knows something to do, he must contact me or he will return.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design

Don't waste time

2011 F150 XLT. I tried to save some money, did all my homework but it doesn't work at all. Installed it and tried to program it myself with the recommended tool but after hours of trying to no avail. Took it to my workshop and the pros are using their tools, they can read there is a sensor but they can't program it into my car. I have a tool and gauges that I can never use or return. For me the investment of time and money was a real disappointment.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Small things

Required maintenance after the death of an OEM.

First I tested all four sensors on a 2010 F150 4x4 without mounting them to tires. I used the FORD Retrain Tool and everything worked correctly. After the TPMs were installed on the wheels, I couldn't get the relearn tool to work with the 17" FORD OEM alloy wheels. Luckily, FORD has a second way to learn TPMs. I inflated all tires to 40 pounds, turned on the ignition, pressed the emergency flash button 5 times to activate learn mode, then deflated each tire until the horn blew. Problem solved.

  • Rugged construction

Will not work on my 2011 Ford Edge SEL 3.5L 2WD

Update: I received a full refund. Many Thanks. 1 star is now 4 stars. First review: The mechanic tried multiple times to hook them up to my ride using multiple tools including a PC. Half an hour later he gave up and said I had to contact the seller to request a refund or authorization. I am very annoyed because it means I have to pay for new tires to be fitted and tires to be balanced! I hope the seller resolves this issue quickly and I will update this review. upgrade. After my wife's car was taken to another tire shop they had the right programming tool and were able to read and reset my TMPS! All four were reading their tire pressures. so no more lights on the dash! not sure how long they will last but all 4 work fine and he charged me $20 for the program. These don't program themselves when they do drive at 20mph or faster Find a good tire shop that has a good programming tool and let them do the rest Upgrade to 4 stars - didn't work on my '09"โ€ฆ

Pros

So far so good now I'll see how long they last. Many say they don't last long, that the batteries will die in a few months, but we'll see. The original sensors are eight years old and I bought new rims for the car so I decided to fit new sensors with fresh batteries. Put the machine in relearn mode and force the sensors to wake up and transmit their data by scanning with the Autel TS408 device. The little white rectangular Ford tool I had was no good. I took a photo of each sensor ID forโ€ฆ
