This is an absolute quality product. That it comes with a protective glove is a big bonus, but different sharpening and grinding options are not available on all sharpening products. The handle makes it easy to hold and sharpen knives. A rubber grip on the bottom keeps it in place. But what I love most is that I can sharpen my kitchen scissors! This knife and scissor sharpener is a fantastic product! It is elegant and well designed and works very well. The various slots help get my knives to a point where I thought I needed a pro.
