    Black/Silver foil upside down

    The foil I received looks upside down due to the sticky adhesive layer. The tint should be on the inside and the silver reflective surface should be on the outside. However, once I remove the reflective sheeting to complete the installation as instructed, the silver reflective surface is in the room. This is totally counter-intuitive, for the film to work I need to attach it to the outside of the window. ?! I applied it with the reflective surface out using the water and squeegee method, but…

    Works great for window decals and films

    This worked great. Very easy to use. Not sure why other people had issues, they may not have used enough of the water shampoo mix on the film and window. I find it's best to make an exact pattern of where you're going to put it, which makes things a lot easier. My first attempt I measured was trying to use a box opener and I didn't find it would work. I'm actually ordering more to make another window and we'll be sure to make a newspaper pattern first so I can cut it to exact size. TO UPDATE. I

    Excellent core temperature reduction

    When I first looked at the written instructions provided, the description of how to use this sheet was confusing. The accompanying video is 110% better. After removing the product from the glass without removing the protective film (just use a short 1" piece of 3M tape), remove the protective film and expose the glass surface. Spray a mixture of soap and water on this exposed surface that is sticky, as well as the glass. Apply over top and follow video instructions. We used a standard scraper…

    I think this is a defect. UPDATE: DON'T DO WHAT I DID.

    I am very disappointed in this product. Maybe this reel is defective, but when I install it according to the instructions, the mirror side of the tint is inside. He says it can't be installed outside. The only reason I ordered this was for privacy. 🙄😒Update 05/29/2021 Instead of returning I tried to install. I really wanted privacy so I decided to put it in front of the door because the storm door protects it from the weather right? NOT CORRECT. This is a complete wreck. I have installed this
