Stop breaking our backs!

We needed something for our small utility trailer and wanted to try it. A little nervous due to several reviews saying no hardware is included. We received the device and it was tied to the plug. The installation took less than 30 minutes, everything is neat. Very happy with the purchase and thankful we no longer have to lift the trailer!

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Nice Compact Tongue Jack

Very strong jack that does not require a wheel. In my case, it worked great when the mobile version was too long. Screw pitch and 2000# rating make it easy to adjust the height. The turntable and lock are excellent. Recesses in the base plate automatically center the jack for different sheet pile wall sizes. Not sure why the warranty is so short but the fit and finish feels durable. Very happy with the product and fast delivery.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not for everyone

Don't be an old freak!

I replaced the jack on my trailer with this jack and it is absolutely the best. The old jack worked fine, but if the handle was in the wrong position and you lowered the tailgate, it would smash your tailgate. I removed the old stationary jack and installed this screw so the tailgate went down and never touched the jack. The jack folds parallel to the frame with a simple movement of a spring-loaded bolt. I put two of these on the tow bar of my 7000 lb car transporter and have the option ofโ€ฆ

Parts are missing, can not be installed!

These bushings are pretty solid and should have worked for my project, but they didn't come with mounting hardware and my local hardware store didn't have the brackets needed to make them work. Eventually I decided to drill my own mounting holes in the trailer bumper but I still couldn't figure out how to make it sturdy. I really needed the simple mounts that were supposed to be in the box. It should be noted that the jacks were so poorly packaged that the boxes were cut and ripped open fromโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Beautifully packaged
Cons
  • Some issues

Works great, outperforms the A-frame socket it replaced.

I replaced what could only be a jack designed by someone with an IQ under 90 to be used on a trailer by someone who drives a small car. You know, an A-frame jack that fits into a round hole in the hitch that has the ball clamped behind. First, you can't open the back door of your truck with that piece of shit in there. The back door gets a dent. No, I didn't learn it the hard way, but I'm sure many have. So stupid. I don't think someone who tows a trailer owns a truck. Second, these bushingsโ€ฆ
