I have ordered two packs and one single pack and the finishes of the two orders appear to be different. The singleton has a nice smooth/glossy finish, while the two back shells have a matte, stiffer finish. I love the mugs but am disappointed because I need my project to go with it. Ordered a few more singletons hoping they would all shine then sent back a double pack.

We decided to try them and bought them to enjoy a glass of cold Chardonnay on the beach or on the porch. Approximately 5-10 minutes after pouring chilled wine into a glass, the outer surface of the glass became cool to the touch. On the other hand, if you pour hot or cold liquid into a Yeti, you won't know what temperature you've filled it to, since the outside is always at ambient temperature, while the contents inside stay either hot or cold. So I will try to replace them with Yeti.
